General Rules Regarding All Social Media Raffles Organized by Us<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Raffle<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The raffle or competition is organized by Aromtech Ltd\/BERRYOMG\u00ae. Facebook or any other external party is not involved in the raffles\/competitions in any way.<\/p>\n

      The prize is personal and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person or sold further.<\/p>\n

      The winner or winners will be selected according to the schedule specified in the rules. The winner will be notified personally. The winner’s first name, surname initial, and place of residence may be announced on BERRYOMG\u00ae’s social media channels. If the winner cannot be reached within 14 days after the raffle ends, a new winner will be selected. The organizer does not replace the prize if the participant cannot be reached, or if they have provided an incorrect phone number or email address, or if they are subject to ambiguous interpretation.<\/p>\n

      The prize will be sent to the competition winner by email or by post, depending on the nature of the prize.<\/p>\n

      The prize will be sent as soon as possible after the winner has been contacted.<\/p>\n

      The organizer of the competition undertakes to pay the prize tax.<\/p>\n

      1. Eligibility<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        All natural persons residing in Finland are eligible to participate in the raffle, except for the exceptions mentioned below.<\/p>\n

        Employees of Aromtech Ltd, sister companies, and partners of these companies, as well as family members of these parties, are not eligible to participate in the raffle. Only individuals may participate in the raffle under their own name.<\/p>\n

        1. Participation Period<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          The participation period begins when the relevant publication is published on BERRYOMG\u00ae’s social media channels and is valid until the date specified in the publication. The winner will be notified personally on the same day as the end of the participation period, or as soon as possible thereafter.<\/p>\n

          1. Participation<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            All individuals who react to the raffle post are participating in the raffle. The same person can participate in the raffle only once.<\/p>\n

            1. Organizer’s Responsibility<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              The organizer’s responsibility towards participants does not exceed the total value of the prize mentioned in these official rules.<\/p>\n

              The organizer is not responsible for problems caused by third parties, such as problems with the general Internet connection, problems arising from the firewall or virus protection software of the participant, or intentional or unintentional harmful behavior of the participant, and not for any damages caused thereby.<\/p>\n

              The recipient of the prize releases Aromtech Ltd and its partners from all liability related to injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this raffle.<\/p>\n

              1. Processing of Personal Data<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                The personal data provided in connection with participation will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Act and the BERRYOMG\u00ae privacy policy.<\/p>\n

                1. Trademarks and Copyrights<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  All material appearing in this raffle is protected by copyright unless otherwise stated. Any use of the material is prohibited without the written permission of Aromtech Ltd.<\/p>\n

                  These raffle rules apply to all participants. By participating in this raffle, participants undertake to comply with these rules and the decisions of the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to amend the rules. Any ambiguities related to the application and interpretation of the raffle rules are resolved by the organizer.<\/p>\n
