A popular option for many is oil supplements made from either fish oil or vegetable oils. However, oils given in liquid form can often cause heartburn in dogs.
BERRYOMG® berry oil for dogs is packaged in capsule form, and unlike liquid oils, has not been found to cause heartburn.
The amount of oil supplement primarily depends on the size of your dog. BERRYOMG® oils for dogs are dosed according to weight. For dogs under 10 kg, one capsule per day is sufficient, while for dogs over 10 kg, two capsules per day are recommended.
All the most popular Finnish berries are also suitable for dogs: blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, sea buckthorn, blackcurrant, redcurrant and lingonberry. Berries provide fiber that’s good for a dog’s health, but in large quantities they can cause diarrhea.
